Thread Experiment Celebrates One-Year Anniversary; Supports Covenant House NY

On June 27, Thread Experiment joined with Helix Sleep to throw a one-year birthday bash at Hotel Americano in New York City marking a rare milestone in the start-up world.

Thread Experiment is the first ever brand of home bedding dedicated to men and also incorporates a one-for-one campaign to help those in need. Last night, Thread Experiment donated 100 sheet sets to Covenant House NY, a nonprofit charity serving homeless youth with a network of shelters.

Hawkins Mikita works with Thread Experiment and its give back campaign, which donates a sheet set for every full bedding set sold on their site. Other Beneficiary organizations include the LA LGBT Youth Center, Camillus House Miami, and Single Room Housing Assistance Corporation.

Thread Experiment Donates to the LA LGBT Youth Center

On Friday, we were fortunate to accompany our client, THREAD EXPERIMENT, to the Los Angeles LGBT Youth Center in Hollywood to donate new bedding sheets for their emergency housing program. The LA LGBT Youth Center was chosen as the inaugural recipient of new bedding as part of THREAD EXPERIMENT's one-for-one program.

The Los Angeles LGBT Youth Center is just one of the many great facilities and programs operated by the LA LGBT Center. Whether you’re one of the thousands of young lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender (LGBT) people in L.A. without a home, or you’re under the age of 25 and looking for some guidance, a social network and support as you reach for your dreams, the LA LGBT Center can help.
